"We all get distracted, the question is — would you bounce back, or bounce backwards?"

✦ Your Simple Sacred Guide ✦
C
Commune with the Cosmos
Click each golden letter (P–R–E–M–I–U–M) in the sacred circle below. Each reveals one of seven illumined premises for inner intensification. Move through them as through seven gates of awakening.
A
Absorb Each Premise
Read slowly. Hover each point to let it breathe. Let each word land in your consciousness before proceeding. This is not reading — it is anointing the mind with sacred oil.
N
Nurture Your Inner Flame
Watch the breathing orb below. Synchronise your breath to its rhythm. As you complete each of the seven gates, notice the golden progress bar fill — each step is a ritual crossing.
Meditation is a drug-free, self-induced, and persuasive avenue for effecting transformations in the neurological architecture of the self. It cultivates improved forgiveness, reduced anger, relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and elevated blood pressure — and beyond: superior concentration, perceptual sensitivity, memory, self-control, empathy, and self-esteem. Its ultimate fruits are creativity, flexibility, productivity, and an inexhaustible occupational joy. As the African adage holds: the tree that bends in the storm does not break — it deepens its roots.
◈
✦ Natively Nurture Your Wondrous Wish to Innerly Intensify ✦
SSEE the reasoning faculty as only one out of a myriad possibilities in the thinking potential of each of us.
UUSE or arouse your hidden, latent capacities to clearly peer into the dearest freshness deep down things.
MMENTAL reflection is so much more interesting than television; it is a shame more people do not switch to it.
MMEDITATION is an inner movement — a thought which saddens while it, at the same time, soothes.
AAFFLUENT living is feeling entirely enriched within the shell that is you — being perpetually refreshed by thyself.
RREALLY concentrate on the beauty of one blue hill in the distance, and that moment will become eternity.
YYE shall have more merit in the cosmic order for a year of meditating than for a hundred years of mere mouth-praying.

P
PREPARE
Gate I — Prepare yourself to diligently nurture the creative capacity for Inner Intensification.
PPsychologically speaking, the purpose of meditation is to look at something deeply and see its roots.
RReally, any kind of action we take — if we look deeply into it — we will be able to recognise its seed.
EEnough conditions to be happy are right here and right now; you do not need to obtain any more.
PPurely go home to the present moment, so as to view all the conditions of happiness that you have.
AAnd you may ultimately find out that you have more than enough for you to be happy right now.
RResist running after things, because even if you get the object of your desire, you will not be happy.
EEndlessly running after things is vain; if you feel safe enough, it is possible to have no more desire.
R
REALISE
Gate II — Realise that nurturing your innate quest for Inner Intensification is in your power.
RRespect what you have as enough for you; adopting that style of living makes you happy right away.
EEssentially, people have plenty of money and power, but still suffer deeply from stress and loneliness.
AAdopting this wisdom entails educating yourself in the art and science of meditation — daily.
LLearn that your breath is a wonderful vehicle to bring you back to your body, feelings, and mind.
IIn all measures, our practice is always to go back to the present moment — to the here and the now.
SSubtly and seriously learning how to live deeply each moment of our daily life is our true practice.
EExistence informs us with loftiness — only in the here and the now can we truly touch life deeply.
E
EMPOWER
Gate III — Empower yourself to nurture your deep-rooted freedom for Inner Intensification.
EEach of us has some illness in body or mind; healing begins by being totally with the present moment.
MMindfully attending to breathing, our in-breath and out-breath become peaceful and thoroughly relaxed.
PPurely walking with attention — without being carried away by thought — begins deep healing.
OOur relaxed, peaceful in-breath becomes a resting place when the mind is carried away by strong pain.
WWhen pain returns, we accept it as it is — not letting it carry us away or make us more agitated.
EEmotions which are negative are all part of us; we calm them using the divine gift of in-breath and out-breath.
RReadily calming emotions clarifies the roots of our suffering — those who pain us are also suffering.
M
MEDIATE
Gate IV — Mediate your choice to nurture the inescapable prerogative of Inner Intensification.
MMost of the time, when hurt, we think in ways that make us angrier and urge us to retaliate.
EEnact to calm yourself — touch your compassion and understanding — to give yourself a peaceful mind.
DDiligently, this will help you to see that the other person also suffers — and your anger will dissipate.
IIf your body is disturbed, holding too many strong emotions, then your breathing cannot be peaceful.
AAll meditation makes our breathing calmer and harmonious as the tension in the body is released.
TTaking our mind back to our breath — and, if we continue, to our whole body — is the sacred work.
EEventually, we come to know the wrongs done, the conflicts we are having, and how to handle them.
I
INDULGE
Gate V — Indulge yourself in nurturing your unexplored ability towards Inner Intensification.
IIn order to be strong enough to deal with our suffering, we must first bring about the feelings of joy.
NNothing is more important than to release — to let go; profound joy is born from the art of leaving behind.
DDauntless joy and happiness are impermanent; they need constant nourishment so as to stay longer.
UUsually, if you are in physical pain during meditation or deep relaxation, you are not doing it correctly.
LLabourless labour is the BEYONDISM name for meditation. Life is full of toil — so create no more.
GGainfully, you do not have to suffer because of meditation — it should bring you joy and happiness.
EEnabled thus, you will be strong enough to handle the blocks of pain, sorrow, and despair within you.
U
UTILISE
Gate VI — Utilise your infinite potential for nurturing the compulsion of Inner Intensification.
UUnderlying our meditation is an affluent attempt to transform our deep-rooted seeds of suffering.
TThis entails focusing on sowing, germinating, and watering seeds of pure joy and enduring happiness.
IInviting the afflictions that have been with us since childhood into our consciousness then becomes easy.
LLongings and sadness that were difficult to touch — we sit down and talk with them like old, wise companions.
IIn doing this, we must be sure that the lamp of our psyche is lit — and its light is steady and strong.
SSuppose you are meditating to touch life's wonders — simply acknowledge your suffering as sacred teacher.
EEach of us needs a certain amount of suffering so as to understand, and to truly cultivate joy and happiness.
M
MONITOR
Gate VII — Monitor those forces that militate against your will to nurture Inner Intensification.
MMoments which were dangerous, when contemplated from safety, make us fully enjoy the miracle of now.
OOur robust joy and happiness can only be recognised against the sacred backdrop of past suffering.
NNo spiritual or religious leader ever reached the highest level of psychic precision without undergoing suffering.
IIt is because of our suffering that we have a chance to truly learn understanding and compassion.
TThrough touching and appreciating suffering, compassion arises — this is the very basis of meditation.
OOnly a person who has passed through some phase of suffering can really appreciate and value meditation.
RRevel in your natural ability to meditate — and you will have augmented your psychic precision and cosmic grace.
