As it is not hankering for the sea that urges us on or propels us forward, in this long voyage towards SELF-ACTUALIZATION, we wish and have to land in the new land, for it is to this end that the voyage had been undertaken. Resolutely we will have to throw our anchor, and this anchor is AFRICAN RENAISSANCE; which is an all-powerful, an all-uniting ideal in which the whole stream of full heartfelt desires and passions shall be poured out. A new AFRICAN CIVILIZATION is the safe harbour for the restless wanderer. It is the light lighting the night of endless longing.
