The very nature of energy is movement. When I bury or control my feelings, their energy cannot flow outward properly and dissipate naturally. I may think I have controlled how I felt, but the energy of it is still at work. Suppressing emotions uses up a lot of energy, which robs my body of energy that should be used for vital functions. Negative emotions tax my adrenal glands and use up nutrients the body needs to sustain itself. The result is fatigue and lowered vitality. I have understood that, energy has to move. If an emotion is not expressed (outward movement), it is suppressed (inward movement). The result of controlling or stifling emotional energy is frustration, anger, depression, physical pain, control issues, emotional shut-down, or self-sabotage. Self-judgement, low self-esteem and unworthiness may develop. This inhibits my ability to create or receive what I really want in LIFE; I learn to expect little joy in my LIFE and settle for less than my soul needs to flourish. In this reference, as a BLESSED BEYONDIST, I hereby, make an ABSOLUTE AFFIRMATION that, my body movement is reflective of my inner world. As such, pain in my NECK implies my refusing to see the other sides of the question, stubbornness and inflexibility. Pain in my SHOULDERS implies my inability to carry experiences in my LIFE joyously. The message my body is relaying to me is that I am making my LIFE a burden by my negative attitude. My SPINE represent the support of LIFE. In this regard, pain in my Upper SPINE implies lack of emotional support, feeling unloved or holding back love. Pain in the Middle SPINE implies guilt, being stuck in the past “Get off my back”. Pain in the Lower Spine implies fear of money, or lack of financial support. Pain in my ELBOWS implies my inability to change directions and laxity in accepting new experiences and challenges. Pain in my WRISTS implies lack of movement or growth and inability to be at ease in new situations. Pain in my HIPS implies fear of going forward in major decisions, and/or perhaps having nothing to move forward to. Pain in my ANKLES implies inflexibility and guilt. It is inability to receive pleasure from my social environment. Pain in my BUNIONS implies lack of joy in meeting experiences in life. However, I have all the power in me to get through anything LIFE throws at me. Instead of labeling with perception the concepts of negative and positive as it relates to each experience I have in my LIFE, I will try to see things from a big picture standpoint. I will ask myself, how can this help me to see or learn something? Can I use this to shift my perception? Clear some emotion within myself? Realise something within another and accept it? Whatever it may be, instead of simply reacting, slow things down and observe. I will find I have the tools to process emotions and illness quickly when I see them for what they are and explore why they came up. PROPOSE: - When I feel pain I should rush to the pharmacy and buy the painkillers, or engage in some physical exercise. Negative emotions have a more dense, slower vibration and are heavier, so they sink to the lower parts of my body. My legs, calves and feet store much of my trauma, resentment, jealousy, and emotional pain, both past and present. Shame has the most devastating effect, followed by guilt, apathy, grief, fear, anxiety, craving, anger and hate. Negative emotions actually weaken my body, while positive emotions strengthen my body. Powerful emotions such as pain, disappointment, panic, and longing, shock my body like an electrical charge, leaving scars or lesions along my neural pathways. This disrupts my body’s natural energy flow. |
