Perhaps you have seen a relatively effeminate comrade who aspired to appear macho.
Did you realise how he excessively used products associated with manliness?
Were you not perturbed by his use of strong cologne or a silver watch?
Surely, this was in hopes of symbolically fulfilling his self-definitions.
Here are SEVEN ways on how to ULTIMATELY UPGRADE your awareness on this matter!
Symbolic Self-Completion Theory explains how we communicate our self-definitions to society.
Distinguished Developer: American philosopher, psychologist and sociologist George Herbert Mead (1863 -1931).

  1. USUAL Theory of Symbolic Self-Completion holds that one seeks to acquire and display symbols.
  2. POTENTLY, these are strongly related to what one perceives as the ideal self; to fulfill self-definitions.
  3. GAINFUL Self-definitional symbols are the objects used to communicate one’s self-worth to society.
  4. RELEVANT symbols are socially recognised markers such as material possessions and social status.
  5. A deficiency in any self-definitional area produces a state of tension and a sense of incompleteness.
  6. DULY influencing others, and positive self-descriptions, furthers a sense of complete self-definition.
  7. ESSENTIAL self-definitions can change for purposes of self-esteem protection and ego-maintenance.
Timely Therapy: - Threat to one’s identity makes one to value symbols that reinforce those identities.

THOU SHALL BUILD LIVING MONUMENTS unto thy victory and thy liberation. Thou shall mould thyself BEYOND thyself. But first, thou MUST cultivate thyself square in body and soul. We are now in the SECOND piece of PERSONALITY PUZZLE.

Naturopathy is often classed as system of medicine, rather than a specific therapy. It might best be viewed as an overall philosophy of care — an approach that incorporates many different therapies, based on how well they resonate with naturopathy’s principles and philosophies.

SEVEN therapeautic tonics to loftily LOCATE your LIFE’s BASIC BEARING:

  1. BANK on respecting the healing power of nature (vis medicatrix naturae). The body’s power to heal itself is key. The clinician’s role is to support and enhance that process.
  2. EMBRACE the many things you encounter in LIFE, but first, do no harm. Naturopathy begins with the simplest and least invasive approaches and scales up only as necessary.
  3. ALWAYS find the cause (do not just treat the symptoms). Naturopathic physicians seek out the underlying cause of a disease; simply suppressing symptoms is strongly discouraged.
  4. REDUCTIONISM and focusing on an isolated case is fatal. Treat the whole person. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social factors are all taken into account.
  5. IN all cases and situations, strive to verily focus on prevention. This is highly valued. Patient education and lifestyle choice counseling are considered fundamental.
  6. NATIVELY seek to focus on optimal health and balance. This can mean focusing on reaching greater wellness, regardless of the severity of a disease or one’s risk of death.
  7. GENERALLY, the clinician is a teacher. The word “doctor” is tied to the word docere, which means teacher. One engages the patient as a respected member of one’s team.

When stars and celebrities introduce themselves, they often include their blood types, and magazines often have predictions based on blood type. On the negative side, these blood type personalities can be used as a type of racism, judging someone’s personality based on one fact or ranking on whose better or worse based on blood type.

Here is BEYONDISM FORMIDABLE FORMULA for SELF-ACTUALISATION
(The ‘head’ and ‘tail’ of Activating your SELFHOOD) in regard to:
Putting supreme value to your health in the context of your personality.

  1. FOOD is the beginning of wisdom, to put anything in your head, first put something in your stomach.
Core Choice #34: The first duty of a human being is to be a good animal with superior appetites.
Sure Score #34: No human being can purport to be wise when he or she is on an empty stomach.
  2. O health! Health! The blessing of the rich! The riches of the poor! Who can buy thee at too dear a rate?
Solid Stance #34: There is no enjoyment of this world, without health.
Catalysing Consideration #34: Health is supremely better than wealth.
  3. REGIMEN (a prescribed or recommended program of medication, diet, exercise) is superior to medicine.
Mighty Mission #34: Nothing is more fatal to your Health, than an over Care of it.
Vivid Vision #34: You will have reached middle age when all you exercise is caution.
  4. MUCH of your eating should not be a solitary affair, but must be shared with the people you really love.
Gaining Ground #34: This act of eating together increases the pleasure.
Capturing Clouds #34: Food is our common ground, a universal experience.
  5. UPON your best health you will be one whom even your enemies cannot blame without a word of praise.
Lofty Leap #34: A good eater must be a good person; for a good eater must have a good digestion.
Merry Momentum #34: A good digestion depends upon a good conscience, which is the noblest gift.
  6. LIVING a well nourished LIFE is having rest, food, fresh air, and exercise — the quadrangle of health.
Holy Hearken #34: Health is the first muse, and sleep is the neccesary condition to produce it.
Divine Distinction #34: Exercise preserves something of your early strength even in old age.
  7. A well balanced diet which augers with your Blood Type is worth fifty thousand philosophical treatises.
Prudent Planting #34: A nourished diet is great softener of temper and promoter of PSYCHIC harmony.
Hoped Harvest #34: Your spiritual intensity will simply be a function your eating discriminatory regime.
Therapeautic Takeaway #34
Cardinal Concept #34: As substantially scribed FOR YOU. ..............

Move BEYOND conventional health suggestions and most touted dietary recommendations.
Critical Canon #34: As candidly cracked BY YOU. ..............
To BECOME conscious of my body, mind and traits from the perspective of my Blood Group.
Renaissance Rehearsal #34: As purposively partook BY YOU. ..............
REFUSE wretchedness and despondency, by seizing powerful pointers to relative SERENITY.

#34. To the extent I desire to be CONSCIOUS about my bodily HEALTH,
Which are POWERFUL POINTERS to my serenity and eventual HAPPINESS?

Seek health first; other things shall be added unto you, or their absence will dimly count.
Happiness is achieved by the simple pleasures which preserve bodily health and peace of mind.
A person is considerably what he or she eats; you must discover your poisons and avoid them.
Whatever disturbs you, put it on a black list and let it never come near your innards again.
When the body is strong and the mind is clear, ‘complexes’, and ‘neurosis’ will not grow.
Avoid anything eatable, drinkable, and smokable which has acquired any shady reputation.
You pay this price for an enduring serenity; for knowledge and health are the best HEALERS.

#34. I, ___________________________, cultivating being proactive on the status of my bodily HEALTH, do DECISIVELY DECLARE that, the rough-and tumble of LIFE means my body go through quite some battering in the course of a lifetime. I am bound to get aches and pains, which at times leave me fearing that serious ailments are creeping up on me. I have realised that, the majority of these symptoms usually amount to nothing, otherwise all people would all be dead by now. Knowing what symptoms to ignore will keep me away from lots of unwarranted medical interventions. I have heard of a common phrase in medicine called ‘benign’. This is a term used to describe the innocence of several aches, bumps, or whatever other symptoms that people experience from time to time. If my doctor gets to the conclusion that what I have is benign, I could always give it a rest. Alternatively, I could find a simple way of coping with it, without musicalising it too much. At times it is pointless to visit a doctor only to be told that what I have is harmless and that it will sort itself out in the course of time.

In this reference, as a BLESSED BEYONDIST, I hereby, make an ABSOLUTE AFFIRMATION that, I know about the odd headache that comes along and goes away with simple painkillers. Or a cold that bogs me down for a few days, or some muscular discomfort related to the odd strain, or even some tummy upset after a forgotten indulgence. That sort of stuff should not end me into panic mode. My body take care of itself when simple ailments come along; if I only give it a chance. But if my symptoms persist longer than a few days, or appear to worsen unexpectedly, then seeing a doctor is justified. Some tests down the line may end up with some mundane diagnosis. My doctor may conclude that nothing needs to be done. Nothing? Yes, doing nothing is an option that could be used more in medicine. I might have a bump that is unsightly but completely harmless. Trying to get it out might land me into unwanted complications, or even death. Why not leave it alone and get it reviewed if anything changes? Whatever I have, I should always consider the balance between benefit and harm whenever an intervention becomes apparent. The best way to do this is to be well informed about my choices. I will never be in too much of a rush to get treatments that may be well avoided. I have understood that, there are far too many unnecessary medications being dished out on a daily basis. Equally, an untold number of patients get operated on daily when all that was necessary was a wait-and-see approach. I should have an open mind and seek medical advice whenever there is good reason for it. The rest of the time, especially if I maintain a degree of objectivity, I could always let innocent symptoms run their course.

PROPOSE: - When I go to see a medical practioner, I will explain what I am feeling and let him or her prescribe for me the required medication. I should not pester him or her with so many questions, for he or she knows better than me, what is appropriate for me.
OPPOSE: -
I should not take my physician’s recommendation as law. I should ask questions. Why is one option being recommended over another, and at what cost? What would happen if I did not have surgery? Have they handled cases like mine before? And what were the outcomes? Must I be admitted? If satisfactory answers are not forthcoming, I should go seek a second opinion.

DISPOSE: -
I should be aware of what in the medical terminolgy is refered to as Differential Diagnosis. I should know that some diseases have symptoms which tends to be similar to others. Asking my doctor about those similarities should be with the intention of being clear as to what is really ailing me. This will go towards warding off some fears which may be devastating to my psychological health, or giving me some clarity which will enable me not to ignore a small symptom which could be dangerous to me later.

If some harm comes my way, as it will sometimes, I should get my healthcare providers to address it. In the event that I must see a physician, I will make sure I have an idea of what is ailing me. Then I will make sure I select the most suitable healthcare. There are many ways of selecting the most qualified doctor, or the best hospital. I should get recommendations from friends and family, search online or check with the local medical board. I will always ensure I see the right specialist.
