Human nature dictates that one must retrograde if one does not advance.
BEYONDISM IS UNIFIED KNOWLEDGE UNIFYING LIFE, not knowledge scholastically insulated from daily affairs. Of theory and practice; one without the other is useless and perilous. We strive to learn the forms of things not for the sake of the forms but because by knowing the forms, the laws, we may remake things in the image of our desire. To the extent I aspire to be productive in my esteemed PROFESSION, The Secret to Passion is that it does not exist in the job, it exists within you. #47. I, ___________________________, zealous on learning about the essence of PASSION in my future ESTEEMED PROFESSION, do DECISIVELY DECLARE that, my success will come not so much from what I will do (my job), but how well I will do it (my passion for the job). It also illustrates that regardless of my job or my position on the company ladder, I can be successful if I have passion for my work. Passion is an emotion that comes from within me. It is my enthusiasm, my zeal, my drive and my motivation. I will not want to just feel passionate about my job, I will want to put passion into it. I will want to apply all of my skills and all of my energy into my work. I have realised that passion does not go unnoticed. People will see how well I will be doing my job and my attitude towards it. They will see even if a task is hard I will not give in, I will apply myself even more to overcome it. They will notice my drive and my motivation and consider how I would do in another position. In this reference, as a BLESSED BEYONDIST, I hereby, make an ABSOLUTE AFFIRMATION that, I will differentiate between loving my job and being a clock watcher. First there are the one’s who know their job, they do it well, without complaint and are always looking to help out for the greater good of the team, the department or the company. The clock watcher muddles through their work just waiting for the clock hands to strike break, lunch and time to go home. These people dread coming to work, they hate Monday and are fired up on Friday (not for their work), but their mind switches off from their work. I will remember that passion is an emotion, a state of mind so the first thing I will have to do is motivate myself. Once I have the motivation I can apply the passion. I will remember that, it is not about how I feel about my job. It is about putting passion into my work. Maybe I will need to learn new skills or I will you just need to fully engage myself in my work. Passion will also bring energy to my work. Instead of getting the work done just in time, I will turn it up and deliver it ahead of schedule. Instead of watching the clock for the time to go home, I will stay later and use that energy to drive myself to do more. Ultimately it will be about my attitude. I have heard if I change my mind I can change my LIFE. To be passionate about anything I will have to care about it. Change how I will you look at my job. To be passionate about my work I will be motivated to be the best that I can be. PROPOSE: - One thing seems indisputable. Most people have a high paying job and what appears to lead a full and fulfilling LIFE, complete with volunteering and interesting hobbies. But they feel that something was still missing. They are looking for purpose and genuinely want to find their passion. “I like a lot of things, but I do not have any passions. How can I find passion?” When I will enter a career or a new environment, I will have moved into a world with its own rules, procedures, and social dynamic. For decades or even centuries, people have compiled knowledge of how to get things done in a particular field, each generation improving on the past. In addition, every workplace has its own conventions, rules of behaviour, and work standards. There are also all kinds of power relationships that exist between individuals. All of this represents a reality that transcends my individual needs and desires. And so my task upon entering this world is to observe and absorb its reality as deeply as possible. The greatest mistake I can make in the initial months of my apprenticeship is to imagime that I have to get attention, impress people, and prove myself. These thoughts will dominate my mind and close it off from reality around me. Any positive attention I receive is deceptive; it is not based on my skills or anything real, and it will turn against me. Instead, I will want to acknowledge the reality and submit to it, muting my colours and keeping in the background as much as possible, remaining passive and giving myself the space to observe. I will also want to drop any preconceptions I might have about this world I will be entering. If I impress people in the first months, it should be because of the seriousness of my desire to learn, not because I will be trying to rise to the top before I will have been ready. |
