“A rarer spirit never

Here are SEVEN ways on how to ULTIMATELY UPGRADE your awareness on this matter!
Conversion Theory affirms that minorities can convert majority people.
Distinguished Developer: Romanian-born French social psychologist Sergi Moscovici (1925 – 2014).

  1. UNDETERED, the minority can have a disproportionate effect, of converting majority to their cause.
  2. PRECISELY, many majority group members are not strong or ardent believers, in its own core cause.
  3. GOING along because it seems easier or that there is no other viable alternative, is the chief reason.
  4. ROBUST consistency in expressing minority opinion, is one of the most overriding source of power.
  5. APPEARING reasonable and unbiased in presenting one’s ideas, make the conversion game easier.
  6. DECISIVENESS, and being sure about the correctness of one’s ideas and views, is very persuasive.
  7. ESCHEWING the social pressure or abuse that may be unleashed by the majority, is the driving force.
Timely Therapy: - BEYONDISTS do not dance to others tune, instead, they play for them to dance.

IT HAS BECOME THE ABSORBING PROBLEM of our generation to find a method whereby the wisest and the best might be discovered, and then enabled and persuaded to rule Africa.

Always and everywhere, some will be leaders and some followers; the majority will be compelled, and will be happy, to work under the intellectual direction of higher people. All living things are things that obey. And this is the second: he or she is commanded who cannot obey his or her own self. This is the way of living things. To command is more difficult than to obey. And not only that the commander bears the burden of all who obey, and that this burden easily crushes him or her. This is an effort and a jeopardy that is contained in all commanding. Whenever living things command they risk themselves.

The future leaders of Africa, will be men and women of refinement as well as of courage and strength; scholars and generals in one. They will be united by courtesy and kept rigorously within bounds by morality, veneration, custom, gratitude, still more by reciprocal surveillance. In their attitude towards one another they will be inventive in consideration, self-command, delicacy, pride, and friendship.

The coming breed of leaders will have to realise that, when a group of people fails in some enterprise, we often see the following dynamic play itself out: The first reaction is to look at the actors involved and affix blame. Perhaps it was the overambitious leader who led the group into failure, or the incompetent lieutenant, or the very shrewd adversary. Perhaps some bad luck was involved as well. The leader or lieutenant may be fired and a new team brought in.

Leadership learns a few lessons from the experience, and these are shared. Everyone in the group feels satisfied and ready to move on. Then, a few years down the line, nearly the same problem and the same type of failure recurs, and the same tired solutions are recycled. The reason for this common pattern is simple: what is really at fault is the dysfunctional dynamic of the group, which tends to produce incompetent lieutenants and grandiose leaders. And unless it is fixed, the problems keep recurring with different faces.

In a dysfunctional group culture, the members are often confused about their roles and the overall direction of the group. Amid such confusion, people start to think more of their own interests and agendas, and they form factions. Worried more about their status than the health of the group, their egos become touchy, and they obsess over who’s getting more. In this contentious atmosphere, the bad apples find numerous ways to stir trouble and promote themselves. Those who excel at schmoozing and playing politics but little else often thrive, rise to the top, and become lieutenants. Mediocrity is preferred and rewarded.

Leaders find themselves dragged down by all the internal dissension and gamesmanship. Feeling vulnerable, they surround themselves with courtiers who tell them what they want to hear. Inside this court cocoon, leaders hatch ill-conceived and grandiose plans, which are encouraged by the spineless courtiers. Firing the leader or lieutenants will not change anything. The next ones will simply find themselves infected and transformed by the dysfunctional culture. What we must do to avoid this trap is to alter our perspective: instead of instantly focusing on individuals and the drama of the failed action, we must focus on the overall group dynamic.

SEVEN therapeautic tonics to loftily LOCATE your LIFE’s BASIC BEARING:

  1. BOOST yourself, to fix the dynamic, create a productive culture, and not only will you avoid all of the above evils but you will trigger a much different, upward pull within the group.
  2. EVERY therapist will tell you that the psychological health of individuals may be determined by groups; being in a dysfunctional group can make individuals unstable and neurotic.
  3. ACCORDINGLY, the opposite is true: by participating in a high-functioning reality group, we can make ourselves healthy and whole. Such experiences are memorable and life-changing.
  4. REGARDING ourselves, as human beings with a fertile future, we learn the supreme value of co-operating on a higher level, of seeing our fate as intertwined with those around us.
  5. INSPIRED by a deep sense of altruism, and belief in acting for others’ good, we develop greater empathy. We gain confidence in our own abilities, which such a group rewards.
  6. NO wonder then, we feel apparently connected to REALITY. We are brought into the upward pull of the group, realising our social nature on the high level it was intended for.
  7. GROOMING ourselves for an AFRICAN RENAISSANCE, it is our duty as enlightened humans to create as many such groups as possible, making society healthier in the process.

REFUSE disconcert and dismay, by understanding the essential manifest of PSYCHIC PRECISION.

#55. To the extent I desire to be a breed of a leader who is destined to REDEEM Africa,
Which is the most uncontestable understanding in regard to PSYCHIC PRECISION?

The key in Psychic Precision is to have a cool head which receives exact impressions of things.
It is never allowing yourself to be either heated, dazzled, or intoxicated, by good or bad news.
The successive simultaneous sensations which you receive are justly classified and well considered.
Psychic Precision is the ability to keep calm at times of exceptional stress and violent emotion.
This faculty known as self-control serves to balance the passionate feelings in strong characters.
It is the core sense of human dignity, the noblest pride and the urge to act rationally at all times.
Psychic Precision breeds a strong character, in that you will not be overwhelmed by circumstances.

#55. I, ___________________________, rehearsing to be the breed of a leader key in REDEEMING Africa, do DECISIVELY DECLARE that, most people are incapable of changing the dynamic of Self-absorption. In as much as I am determined to break this pattern and change my ways, there is only one solution: in all of my future interactions with people, I should force myself to take an initial step backward and not get emotional. From this more detached position, I should focus deeply on people I am dealing with, cutting off my own insecurities and desires from the equation. Exercising this way every time, it would turn into a habit. To make this process foolproof, I will have to adopt a new philosophy: complete and radical acceptance of human nature. I have realised that, people possess ingrained qualities and characters. Some are frivolous, or vindictive, or rigid. There are people like this everywhere; it has been that way since the dawn of civilisation. To get upset or try to alter them is futile - it will only make them bitter and resentful. Better to accept such people as I accpet the thorns on a rose. Better to observe and accumulate knowledge on human nature, as I accumulate knowledge in the sciences. If I could follow this new path in LIFE, I would rid myself of my terrible naivete and bring some rationality to my social relations. I appreciate that I cannot be everywhere or fight everyone. My time and energy are limited, and I must learn how to preserve them. Exhaustion and frustration can ruin my Psychic Precision. The world is full of fools - people who cannot wait to get results, who change with the wind, who cannot see past their noses. I will encounter them everywhere: the indecisive boss, the rash colleague, the hysterical subordinate. When working alongside fools, I will not fight them. Instead I will think of them the way I think of children, or pets, not important enough to affect my mental balance. I will detach myself emotionally. And while I am inwardly laughing at their foolishness, I will indulge them in one of their more harmless ideas. The ability to stay cheerful in the face of fools is an important skill.

In this reference, as a BLESSED BEYONDIST, I hereby, make an ABSOLUTE AFFIRMATION that, Psychic Precision depends not only on my mind’s ability to come to my aid in difficult situations, but also on the speed with which this happens. Waiting until the next day to think of the right action to take does me no good at all. “Speed” here means responding to circumstances with rapidity and making lightning-quick decisions. This power is often read as a kind of intuition, what the Germans call “Fingerspitzengefuhl” (fingertip feel). There are things I can do to help me respond faster and bring out that intuitive feel that all animals possess. Deep knowledge of the econo-socio-political environment will let me process information faster than my rivals, a tremendous advantage. Getting a feel for the spirit of people and material, thinking my way into them instead of looking at them from outside, will help to put me in a different frame of mind, less conscious and forced, more unconscious and intuitive. I will get my mind into the habit of making lightning-quick decisions, trusting my fingertip feel. Finally, I should not think of Psychic Precision as a quality useful only in periods of adversity, something to switch on and off as I need it. I should cultivate it as an everyday condition. Confidence, fearlessness, and self-reliance are as crucial in times of peace as in times of conflicts. The better I get at the game of war, the more my warrior frame of mind will do for me in daily LIFE. When a crisis does come, my mind will already be calm and prepared. I am cofident that, once Psychic Precision becomes a habit, it will never abandon me.

PROPOSE: - As a human being, I am taught that I am a rational animal, and therefore emotions, are childish reactions to issues, which I should repress, and never express.
OPPOSE: -
I have realised that my mind is weaker than my emotions. But I become aware of this weakness only in moments of adversity - precisely the time when I need strength. What best equips me to cope with the heat of battle is neither more knowledge nor more intellect. What makes my mind stronger, and more able to control my emotions, is internal discipline and toughness. No one can teach me this skill; I cannot learn it by reading about it. Like any discipline, it can come only through practice, experience, even a little suffering. The first step in building up Psychic Precision is to see the need for it - to want it badly enough to be willing to work for it.

DISPOSE: -
To cultivate Psychic Precision, first, it is better to confront my fears, let them come to the surface, than to ignore them or tamp them down. Fear is the most destructive emotion for Psychic Precision, but it thrives on the unknown, which lets my imaginations run wild. By deliberately putting myself in situations where I have to face fear, I familiarise myself with it and my anxiety grows less acute. The sensation of overcoming a deep-rooted fear in turn gives me confidence and presence of mind. The more conflicts and difficult situations I put myself through, the more battle-tested my mind will be. Second, I must know the motivating power of a sense of honour and dignity. In giving in to fear, in losing my Psychic Precision, I disgrace not only myself, my self-image, and my reputation but my company, my family, my group. I bring down the communal spirit. Being a leader of even the smallest group gives me something to live up to: people are watching me, judging me, depending on me. To lose my composure would make it hard for me to live with myself. I will be self-reliant. There is nothing worse than feeling dependent on other people. Dependency makes me vulnerable to all kinds of emotions - betrayal, disappointment, frustration - that play havoc with my mental balance. Being self-reliant is critical. To make myself less dependent on others and so-called experts, I need to expand my repertoire of skills. And I need to feel more confident in my own judgment. I should understand: I tend to overestimate other people’s abilities - after all, they are trying hard to make it look as if they knew what they were doing - and I tend to underestimate my own. I must compensate for this by trusting myself more and others less. It is important to remember, though, that being self-reliant does not mean burdening myself with petty details. I must be able to distinguish between small matters that are best left to others and larger issues that require my attention and care. When circumstances scare me, my imagination tends to take over, filling my mind with endless anxieties. I need to gain control of my imagination, something easier said than done. Often the best way to calm down and give myself such control is to force the mind to concentrate on something relatively simple - a calming ritual, a repetitive task that I am good at. In this way, I will be creating the kind of composure I naturally have when my mind is absorbed in a problem. A focused mind has no room for anxiety or for the effects of an overactive imagination. Once I have regained my mental balance, I can then face the problem at hand. At the first sign of any kind of fear, I should practice this technique until it becomes a habit. Being able to control my imagination at intense moments is a crucial skill. Lastly, I will strive to unintimidate myself. It has dawned upon me that intimidation will always threaten my Psychic Precision. And it is a hard feeling to combat. In all social interactions with people who may seem to be higher than me in the social hierarchy of power, the key to staying unintimidated is to convince myself that the person I am facing is a mere mortal, no different from me - which is in fact the truth. I should see the person, not the myth. I should imagine him or her as a child, as someone riddled with insecurities. Cutting the other person down to size will help me to keep my mental balance.

As a charmer, I will make myself useful. If done subtly, my ability to enhance the lives of others will be highly seductive. My social skills will prove important here: creating a wide network of allies will give me the power to link people up with each other, which will make them feel that by knowing me they can make their lives easier. This is something no one can resist. In this regard, follow-through is key. I have learnt from the older society members that, so many people will charm by promising a person great things — a better job, a new contact, a big favour — but if they do not follow through they make enemies instead of friends. I understand that anyone can make a promise; what will set me apart, and make me charming, is my ability to come through in the end, following up my promise with a definite action. Conversely, if someone does me a favour, I will show my gratitude concretely. It is my benevolent understanding that, in a world of bluff and smoke, real action and true helpfulness are perhaps the ultimate charm. As a charismatic, I will show uninhibitedness. I have understood that, most people are repressed, and have little access to their unconscious — a problem that creates opportunities for me as a Charismatic, whereby I will be a kind of screen on which others project their secret fantasies and longings. I will first have to show that I am less inhibited than my audience — that I radiate a dangerous sexuality, have no fear of death, are delightfully spontaneous. Even a hint of these qualities will make people think I am more powerful than I am. An extension of my being uninhibited is a dreamlike quality in my work and character that reveals my openness to my unconscious. I will be adventurous. Charismatics are unconventional. They have an air of adventure and risk that attracts the bored. I will be brazen and courageous in my actions — be seen taking risks for the good of others. I will show heroism to give myself a charisma that will last me a lifetime. Conversely, the slightest sign of cowardice or timidity will ruin whatever charisma I had.
