A Companion for the Journey Back
The Game of Becoming Yourself Again
There is something powerful in you that has been captured. This is not a lesson about a substance. It's the story of taking your own kingdom back β piece by piece.
RECLAIM is a companion to β not a replacement for β real people: doctors, counsellors, trusted adults and peer support. If you are physically dependent on alcohol, please don't stop suddenly without medical guidance; withdrawal can be dangerous. Need support right now? Β· How does this work? Before You Begin
There's a lot happening underneath this game β momentum categories, pattern detection, a Circle of people, two futures at every fork. None of that is meant to be visible while you're playing. It's complex on purpose, so that it can stay simple where it matters: in your hands.
Seven Keys guide you to notice what's actually happening β a craving, a trigger, a feeling underneath a choice. Play long enough and the Kingdom notices too: if a pattern like loneliness, peer pressure, or anger keeps recurring, it names it and hands you a specific next mission built from your own history.
Every honest answer earns Momentum across seven powers β Awareness, Body, Emotional Survival, Connection, Purpose, Power, Selfhood β never judgment. The Kingdom mirror shows which power is strongest, which is developing, and which is still a frontier, so you can see your own growth in numbers instead of shame.
Hard moments get real tools, not lectures. Depending on the moment, you might breathe, write, move your body, or simply pause for ten seconds β sometimes with a countdown, sometimes with only two honest options, sometimes naming the feeling first. No single script; the response fits the moment you're actually in.
Small choices quietly branch into two futures β one that eases things right now, one that builds something later. You'll see both laid out before deciding, in Purpose, in your daily Choice, and in the Real Life Simulator, where every option is realistic and risk is explained, not shamed.
You'll build a real Circle of Strength β a mentor, a friend, someone honest, someone protective β and everything you've named collects into one Recovery Inventory: your triggers, your tools, your people, your defenses, and an emergency plan, ready on the night you actually need it, not a new task.
You'll shape a Future Self β a name, values, a dream β and hear from them again and again: mid-journey, after a lapse, and daily once the seven Keys are done. Your Declaration at the end isn't proof you're finished. It's proof, in their voice, that you've genuinely begun.
Everything saves only on this device β no account, no login. Leave and return anytime; a lapse restarts nothing, it just adds a Trigger Autopsy to what you know. Download a journey file to carry your progress anywhere, and once all seven Keys are done, a new day begins each time you return.
The World Has a Problem
Before You Begin
Not who you've been. Who you're walking toward.

A Fall Is Information
Nothing Hidden
Everything. Your Future Self, your Circle of Strength, your Momentum, your journal entries, your Trigger Autopsies β all of it lives only in this browser's local storage, on this device.
Nothing you type into RECLAIM is sent to a server, a company, or another person. There's no account, no login, and no one β including whoever made this game β can see your answers.
It's permanently deleted from this device and cannot be recovered, unless you've saved a journey file first (see "Save my journey" on the landing screen or the map). Clearing your journey never sends anything anywhere either β it simply erases it.
Because nothing is stored anywhere but this device, a new device or a cleared browser starts with a blank slate. Use "Save my journey" beforehand to download a file you can bring back with "Load a saved journey," on this device or another one.
No. RECLAIM never asks you to register, sign in, or provide your name to anyone else. The privacy that comes from that is intentional.
Your Journey, Portable
RECLAIM keeps everything on this device only β which is good for privacy, but means a new device, a cleared browser, or private browsing can lose your journey for good.
Download a journey file below to keep a copy of your own. It contains exactly what's already on this device β nothing is sent anywhere to create it.
Loading a file below will replace whatever is currently on this device with what's in the file.
Built From What You've Already Given
This isn't a new task. It's everything you've already told the Kingdom, gathered onto one page β for the night you actually need it.
Practice For Real Moments
Addiction isn't only triggered by pain β it can show up in celebration, boredom, loneliness, or a hard conversation, too. Pick a moment to practice.
Key 1 Β· Awareness
Before you can choose, you have to notice. Read each moment and name what's really happening β there's no shame in getting it wrong, only something worth learning.
Key 2 Β· Body
Your body carried you here. Give it something back β five small acts, right now or today.
Have you ever felt shaky, sweaty, sick, anxious, or unwell specifically when you tried to stop or cut back?
Key 3 Β· Emotion
Seven waves. No wrong response β just a chance to try something other than the old way.
Key 4 Β· Relationship
A Circle of Strength isn't built alone. Let's see who's already in yours β and where there's room.
Key 5 Β· Purpose
Key 6 Β· Resilience
Key 7 Β· Selfhood
All Seven Keys
This isn't proof that you're recovered. It's proof that you've started β and that the work continues past this screen.
