The Sevenfold Spine-Lotus · Icon of Meliorating Meditation
TTranscendence is embodied in the seven petals, one for each chakra-phase of ascent along the spinal column toward Cosmic Consciousness.
HHealing flows where the life-force is consciously guided upward — from the root of the spine to the crown of the soul — liberating us from disease.
EEnlightenment is the luminous centre — the golden seed-dot at the heart of the lotus — radiating the Sacred AUM into all of Creation.
RResurrection of our spiritual essence is witnessed as each petal opens: the soul rises through layer upon layer of its own dormant splendour.
AAfrican Renaissance is rooted in this very symbol — the lotus that rises from the mud of material existence into the clarity of self-actualization.
PPeace — absolute, unshakeable — is the fruit of this ascent; the seven-petalled lotus is the seal of inner tranquility and outer radiance.
YYearning — the ardent, sacred eagerness — is the very sap of the lotus; it is what draws LIFE-force upward, petal by petal, toward God.

The Central Inquiry
BQ #12 — The Big Question
What intensity of EAGERNESS is key to INNER INTENSIFICATION,
as a function of positively patterning MELIORATING MEDITATION?
Inner Reflection
The eagerness required is not of striving or grasping — it is the ardent stillness of one who turns all senses inward, surrendering the noise of the world as a river surrenders to the ocean. It is the total orientation of the life-force toward its divine source — an orientation so complete that the boundary between the seeker and the Sought dissolves. Intensity here is not measured by effort, but by the depth of willingness to be transformed. It is the eagerness of the lotus turning its face to the unseen sun within.

On the Mystery of Meditation
THE TROUBLE WITH US HUMAN BEINGS is not in essence sin,
so much as spiritual ignorance. The TRUTH is veiled from our insight
because of our immersion in irrelevancies. Conversely, this spiritual condition keeps
us bound to futility. The reason why most of us seem in abysmal error is the failure
to overcome the forces in the World and in our Human Nature that resist the impulse
toward a higher LIFE — toward our spiritual home, to the roots of our Being.
A deeper understanding of the mystery behind MEDITATION is imperative.
It may be useful in improving the consciousness and purifying it, far as may be at the
outset, so that it may apprehend things without error, and in the best way possible.
This is the 'Lordly License' to self-salvation, self-cultivation and
SELF-ACTUALIZATION.
The door to Absolute Awareness can be glimpsed with the aid of our minds, but to pass
BEYOND the door requires MEDITATION. This entails turning towards the
potentially transformative power of God and consolidating the communion of one's
being with the transcendental divine supreme Being — that one may
reinvigorate one's inherent spiritual forces and avail oneself of infinite powers.
✦
The Felicitous Foundation
Besides serving as a ladder to spiritual growth, the distinct taste and flavour of reaching
the lofty core of our spiritual essence is absolute peace and tranquility
inside and outside the body. An important point of caution is that, whereas meditation is a
permanent feature of all mainstream religions, breaking the barriers to the core of our
spirituality does not require one to belong to a particular theological discipline.
It is the birthright of every soul — regardless of creed, culture, or
continent — the felicitous foundation of the African Renaissance and of
universal Self-Actualization. When external stimuli are silenced, the inner voice of
Divinity rings out — clear, luminous, and unimpeachable. This is the secret BEYONDISM
proclaims.

The Definition of MELIORATING MEDITATION
Merging LIFE-force with healing currents in our spinal centers, by releasing bodily identification.
Enlargement of our consciousness to infinity, thus the freedom to reinherit our Eternal Kingdom.
LIFE-force is mentally guided to the inner Cosmos and becomes united with subtle spinal energies.
Intimately entering the cave and abode of the most High — the source and dwelling place of all felicity.
Our cerebral tenement is sufficiently purified for the proper manifestation of Cosmic Consciousness.
Realisation of the identity and union with Omniscient God, wherein we find the secret of immortality.
Attaining the unqualified Absolute and Transcendent; being ourselves 'the Way, the Truth and LIFE'.
The soothing sensations of regenerative effect in the spine and taste of Eternal breath are witnessed.
Inwardly centering all bodily force; in that felicitous state we are freed from sensory delusions.
Nurturing to melt in issues by removing the frontier between the inquirer and the object of inquiry.
Gainful insight happens by dismantling the barrier between the object and the subject of understanding.
Manifestation of liberation and enlightenment, upon transformation of suffering and maladjustments.
Entrenching in our own LIFE, the necessary wisdom to be able to see what we need for our happiness.
Discovering what is needed, knowing what to do, and by having a productive aim, acting accordingly.
If our action is good or bad, we will be able to determine; and this will lead toward our ultimate vision.
The wondrous sound AUM, the actual Cosmic Sound — witness of Divine presence — is heard.
Armoured with WISDOM, happiness and suffering are no longer individual matters.
Tempered with nondiscrimination, we recognise that ill-being and well-being exist inside each other.
If we run away from ill-being, we have less chance of well-being; happiness has the taste of suffering.
One of the treatments for pain, despair, anger, and depression — as opposed to drugs and entertainment.
Nourishing the acceptance of LIFE and everything that belongs to it — joy, peace, sickness, and death.
